If you suspect fraud or your card was lost or stolen, you should lock it immediately. This helps keep your money safe by prevents someone from making physical purchases, online purchases, and ATM withdrawals with your card.
Here's how to lock your card:

Open the app

Tap Account and cards

Choose which card to lock

Tap Lock card

Tap Unlock card to use it again
If you see an unauthorized transaction in your account or suspect fraud, you should immediately block your card and order a new one.
Here's how to permanently block your card:

After you've locked your card, tap Report lost or stolen

Tap Block card

Follow the instructions to order a new card
Note: Once you block your card, you will no longer be able to use it. But, don't worry, your money is still safe and your MAJORITY membership will continue. Your new card should arrive in 7-10 business days.
