I filed a dispute. What happens next?

After you file a dispute with our customer service team, here is what you can expect:

First, we will carry out a thorough investigation to identify and resolve the unauthorized charge. Our goal is to protect your account and provide you with a clear outcome.

This process can take up to 45 business days. However, if the investigation takes longer than 10 days, we will issue a provisional credit to your account so you can continue using your funds while we work on the resolution.

Once the investigation is complete, you will receive a notification with the result and any next steps, if applicable.
