Where Is My MAJORITY Card? Delivery and Tracking Information

Estimated delivery time
After requesting your MAJORITY card, it may take up to a maximum of 14 business days to arrive at your registered address.

Check your card delivery status in the app
In the app you can see:

  • Whether your card was shipped via standard or expedited delivery

  • The estimated delivery time

  • The shipping address

Expedited delivery tracking
If you chose expedited delivery, you will receive a tracking link directly in the app once the card has been shipped.
This link will be available a few days after your request.

Standard delivery tracking
While MAJORITY does not offer live tracking for standard delivery, you can use USPS Informed Delivery, a free service that shows digital previews of your daily mail and packages.

How to register for USPS Informed Delivery:

  1. Visit USPS Informed Delivery

  2. Click "Sign Up for Free"

  3. Enter and verify your address

  4. Create or log in to your USPS.com account

  5. Complete identity verification

What if it does not arrive?
If it has been more than 14 business days and your card has not arrived:

  • Check that your address is correct in your profile within the app

Why might delivery fail?
Common reasons include:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • USPS does not recognize the address

  • No accessible mailbox

If this happens, contact our support team to help resend your card.
