Remittance complaint

Money transmission services provided within the MAJORITY app are processed by Majority Payment Services, LLC through money transmitter licenses in the states listed below. The money transmission services provided are currently limited to international remittance transfers.

If you have a complaint regarding MAJORITY’s money transmission services, first contact MAJORITY Customer Support at 855-553-3388 or email support@majority.com. If after contacting MAJORITY, your complaint remains unresolved please direct your complaint to your respective jurisdiction.
