SEND $20 PROMO

These Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) govern the participation in the SEND $20 Get $20 Promo (the “Offer”) offered by Majority USA, LLC (“Majority”). BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFER TERMS.

Offer Period: This Offer is available from 12/09/2024 (“Offer Start Date”) to 12/23/2024 (“Offer End Date”)

Eligibility: This offer is exclusively available to participants that  (a) within the twelve (12) months prior to the Offer Start Date (i) have downloaded the Majority platform application (“Majority App”) and applied to get access to a Majority account (the “Majority Account”), (ii) successfully passed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with Majority and (iii) never loaded their Majority Account or received a deposit into their Majority Account, (b) reside in the U.S. and (c) are 18 years of age or older (an “Eligible Participant”). This Offer is limited to one redemption per Eligible Participant.

Offer Redemption Conditions: To redeem the Offer, Eligible Participants must during the Offer Period (a) make or receive at least USD $20.00 in Qualifying Deposit and (b) spend at least USD $20.00 in Qualifying Transactions. The $20 reward will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Majority Account within 30 days following the verification of the Offer Redemption Conditions. A “Qualifying Deposit” is one or more deposits made into Eligible Participant’s Majority Account through (a) ACH transfers, (b) inbound wire transfers, (c) cash loads made at qualifying retailers specified in the Majority App (“Cash Load”) (d) peer-to-peer transfer services or (e) recurring direct deposits from Eligible Participant’s employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, benefits payer or government agency. A “Qualifying Transaction” is one or more transactions in which the Eligible Participant uses the Qualifying Deposits deposited into their Majority Account to send (a) funds using the Money Transfers feature within the Majority App to beneficiaries located in any of the countries listed in the Majority App at the exchange rate in effect at the time the Qualifying Transaction is being made or (b) mobile top-ups using the Mobile Top-Ups feature within the Majority App to recharge prepaid mobile phone lines in countries listed in the Majority App either by (i) recharging a mobile phone line with a specific amount in the currency of the country where the mobile line is located at the exchange rate specified in the Majority App at the time the Qualifying Transaction is being made or (ii) selecting one of the bundles of services including voice, data, SMS or any combination thereof offered by the mobile operator that operates such mobile phone line at the price in USD specified in the Majority App, in each case, at the time the Qualifying Transaction is made.

Additionally Eligible Participants will receive the following:

  1. One-month Free Membership: Majority’s monthly membership fee of $5.99 (the “Majority Membership Fee”) for the first month following the date in which Eligible Participant makes the first Qualifying Deposit will be refunded into Eligible Participant’s Majority Account within ten (10) days from the first deposit date. For every month thereafter, the Majority Membership Fee will be automatically deducted from the MAJORITY Account at the beginning of each 30-day billing cycle.
  2. Refund of Cash Load Fee: If Qualifying Deposits are made through a Cash Load that is not eligible for a cash load fee waiver as specified in the Majority App, Eligible Participant will receive a refund of the USD $3.95 Cash Load fee for the first Cash Load within ten (10) days of the date in which the cash load was made. 

Limitations: This Offer  cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts and is non-transferable.

We reserve the right to alter or withdraw this Offer at any moment without prior notice. Our decisions regarding the eligibility of a Participant and the satisfaction of the Offer Redemption Conditions are final.
