Retail Welcome Incentive Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) govern participation in the "Retail Welcome Incentive" promotion (the “Offer”) provided by Majority USA, LLC (“Majority”).

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFER TERMS.

1. Offer Period

This Offer is available from 07/20/2025 (“Offer Start Date”) to 10/20/2025 (“Offer End Date”) at participating bodegas only.

2. Eligibility

This Offer is available exclusively to new users who, during the Offer Period:

• (a) At a participating bodega, download the Majority mobile application (“Majority App”) and apply to open a Majority account (“Majority Account”).

• (b) Successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process with Majority.

• (c) Load money into or receive a deposit into their Majority Account.

• (d) Begin the 30-day free trial membership period.

• (e) Reside in the U.S. and are 18 years of age or older.

Note: This Offer is limited to one redemption per Eligible Participant.

3. Offer

Eligible Participants will receive a $5.00 USD credit applied to their newly opened and funded Majority Account.

4. Offer Redemption Conditions

To receive the reward, Eligible Participants must complete the following steps during the Offer Period:

• (a) Scan QR Code: Scan the designated QR Code displayed in-store at a participating bodega.

• (b) Open New Account: Successfully open a new Majority Account via the Majority App.

• (c) Initial Deposit: Make or receive an initial deposit of any amount into the newly opened account.

• (d) Reward: The $5.00 credit will be applied to the Majority Account within thirty (30) days of account opening, funding, and verification of eligibility and redemption requirements.

5. Limitations

• This Offer is redeemable only through participating bodegas.

• It cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

• The Offer is non-transferable.

• Majority reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time without prior notice.

• Majority's decisions regarding participant eligibility and redemption compliance are final.
