SPEND $20 AND GET $20 PROMO

These Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) govern the participation in the SPEND $20 GET $20 offer (the “Offer”) offered by Majority USA, LLC (“Majority”). BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFER TERMS. 

Offer Period: This Offer is available from 06/26/2025(“Offer Start Date”) to 08/10/2025 (“Offer End Date”)

Eligibility: This Offer is exclusively available to new users that  (a) during the  Offer Period (i) download the Majority platform application (“Majority App”) and apply to get access to a bank account at Axiom Bank, N.A. through the Majority App (the “Majority Account”), (ii) successfully complete and pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with Majority  and (iii) received a Qualifying Deposit); (b) begin the 30-day free trial membership period (“Trial Membership Period”); (b) reside in the U.S. and (c) are 18 years of age or older (an “Eligible Participant”). A “Qualifying Deposit” is one or more deposits that are made into Eligible Participant’s Majority Account through (a) ACH transfers, (b) inbound wire transfers, (c) cash deposits made at qualifying retailers specified in the Majority App (d) peer-to-peer transfer services (other than Majority Pay) or (e) recurring direct deposits from Eligible Participant’s employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, benefits payer or government agency.

This Offer is limited to one redemption per Eligible Participant.

Offer Redemption Conditions: To redeem the Offer, Eligible Participants must, during their respective Trial Membership Period, spend a minimum of USD $20.00 in a single purchase transaction using their MAJORITY Visa® debit card issued by Axiom Bank, N.A. at one of our  participating cash deposit retailers (a “Qualifying Transaction”) and such purchase transaction must be finalized and not subject to cancellations or refunds during the Trial Membership Period; provided that if a Qualifying Transaction is subject to cancellation or refund after the Trial Membership Period ends and the Eligible Participant had the $20.00 reward credited to their Majority Account, Majority reserves the right to deduct that credit from such participant’s Majority Account. Participating cash deposit retailers can be found in the MAJORITY App by navigating to: “Add Money” > “Cash Deposit” > “Find Location.

The $20 reward will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Majority Account within 30 days following verification of the Offer Redemption Conditions.

Limitations: This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts and is non-transferable.

Majority reserves the right to alter or withdraw this Offer at any moment without prior notice. Majority’s decisions regarding the eligibility of a participant and the satisfaction of the Offer Redemption Conditions are final.
