Eligibility
This Promotion is open to customers who meet the following criteria:
- a. On the Majority platform application (the "Majority App"), switch their active mobile phone number from another mobile phone carrier ("Previous Carrier") to a mobile phone plan service ("Mobile Phone Service") provided by Gigs Wireless, LLC and its affiliates ("Gigs").
- b. Activate a new prepaid mobile phone plan with Gigs on the Majority App (the "Eligible Plan").
- c. Successfully port their existing mobile phone number from their Previous Carrier to Gigs during the Promotion Period.
- d. Meet Gig's standard service eligibility requirements.
- e. Reside in the U.S. and are 18 years or older.
- f. Are not currently Gigs mobile phone customers (an "Eligible Participant").
This Offer is limited to one redemption per Eligible Participant.
Offer
Eligible Participants who switch to Gigs on the Majority App and activate an Eligible Plan during the Promotion Period will receive a reward in the form of a credit to the Eligible Participant’s Majority Account in an amount equal to the first month’s Mobile Phone Service subscription fee.
Offer Redemption Conditions
To redeem the offer, participants must:
- a. On the Majority App, select an Eligible Plan.
- b. Initiate the number porting process from your Previous Carrier to Gigs. You will need to provide accurate account information from your Previous Carrier to ensure a successful port.
- c. The credit will be applied to your Majority account within thirty (30) days after successful activation and number porting and verification of the Offer Redemption Conditions.
- d. The participant must remain on an Eligible Plan for a minimum of thirty (30) days to receive and retain the full benefit of the Offer. If the number porting is reversed or canceled or a participant cancels their Mobile Phone Service before the minimum required period, Majority reserves the right to remove or reverse the credit from such participant’s Majority Account.
Port-In Requirement
The Offer is strictly conditional upon the successful porting of an active mobile phone number from an eligible Previous Carrier. If the number porting is unsuccessful for any reason, the participant will not be eligible for the Offer.
Limitations
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts and is non-transferable.

Majority reserves the right to alter or withdraw this Offer at any moment without prior notice. Majority’s decisions regarding the eligibility of a participant and the satisfaction of the Offer Redemption Conditions are final.
