These Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) govern the participation in the SEND REMITTANCE Get $10 Promo (the “Offer”) offered by Majority USA, LLC (“Majority”). BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFER TERMS.
Offer Period: This Offer is available from 09/22/2025 (“Offer Start Date”) to 09/28/2025 (“Offer End Date”)
Eligibility: This Offer is exclusively available to new users that (a) during the Offer Period (i) download the Majority platform application (“Majority App”) and apply to get access to a bank account at Axiom Bank, N.A. through the Majority App (the “Majority Account”), (ii) successfully complete and pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with Majority and (iii) received a Qualifying Deposit); (b) begin the 30-day free trial membership period (“Trial Membership Period”); (b) reside in the U.S. and (c) are 18 years of age or older (an “Eligible Participant”).
A “Qualifying Deposit” is one or more deposits that are made into Eligible Participant’s Majority Account through (a) ACH transfers, (b) inbound wire transfers, (c) cash deposits made at qualifying retailers specified in the Majority App (d) peer-to-peer transfer services (other than Majority Pay), (e) mobile deposit of checks, (f) external debit card transfers or (g) recurring direct deposits from Eligible Participant’s employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, benefits payer or government agency.
This Offer is limited to one redemption per Eligible Participant.
Offer Redemption Conditions: To redeem the Offer, Eligible Participants must during the Offer Period (a) make or receive at least USD $20.00 in Qualifying Deposit and (b) spend at least USD $20.00 in Qualifying Transactions. The $10 reward will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Majority Account within 30 days following the verification of the Offer Redemption Conditions. A “Qualifying Deposit” is one or more deposits made into Eligible Participant’s Majority Account through (a) ACH transfers, (b) inbound wire transfers, (c) cash loads made at qualifying retailers specified in the Majority App (“Cash Load”) (d) peer-to-peer transfer services or (e) recurring direct deposits from Eligible Participant’s employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, benefits payer or government agency. A “Qualifying Transaction” is one or more transactions in which the Eligible Participant uses the Qualifying Deposits deposited into their Majority Account to send funds using the Money Transfers feature within the Majority App to beneficiaries located in any of the countries listed in the Majority App at the exchange rate in effect at the time the Qualifying Transaction is being made.
Limitations: This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts and is non-transferable.

Our decisions regarding the eligibility of a Participant and the satisfaction of the Offer Redemption Conditions are final.
